The second UCP4SUCCESS webinar, ‘Uncomplicating the University: Overcoming Stress and Taking Care of Well-being’, will take place on 2 December between 4pm and 5pm. 

This session aims to debate and encourage the implementation of strategies to deal with stress. 

As part of the UCP4SUCCESS cycle of webinars organised by the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, this session also aims to promote academic success and adaptation.  

Free and open to all Universidade Católica students, the webinar is aimed in particular at students entering higher education for the first time.
