On 27 November, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m., in room EAA003, the talk “Brain4Sustainability: A Neuroeducational Approach to Textile Sustainability Literacy” will take place as part of Sustainability Week.
Education for sustainability is increasingly recognised as essential to shaping environmentally responsible citizens. However, traditional educational paradigms often fail to bridge the gap between knowledge and behaviour — especially among younger audiences, in whom emotional, cognitive, and social factors strongly influence decision-making.
From 24 to 28 November, Universidade Católica Portuguesa is hosting the 1st Edition of Sustainability Week, an initiative aimed at raising awareness among the academic community across its 4 campi about today’s environmental and social challenges.
